Stefan Maurbakken is an authorized Stockholm guide and founder of Den Gröna Guiden by VerdeVerde Travel. With over ten years as a professional guide and a lifelong connection to Stockholm, he creates tours where cultural history, ecotourism, and human stories are given as much space as environmental awareness and understated humor. Each tour is based on thorough research, local perspectives, and stories that reside in the city's space, stone, and water.

I work to promote meetings between people, reduce loneliness, and create new opportunities through sustainable city walks and experiences. By weaving together history, culture, and stories, I want to inspire curiosity – both about the world around us and about each other.
