1.1 Denna policy avseende integritet och marknadsföring ("Integritetspolicy") beskriver hur Den Gröna Guiden (Den Gröna Guiden) samlar in, använder och lagrar dina personuppgifter i enlighet med EU:s dataskyddsförordning (GDPR) samt annan tillämplig lagstiftning.

1.2 Integritetspolicyn gäller för den behandling av personuppgifter som sker när du besöker vår webbplats eller använder våra tjänster som hänvisar till denna Integritetspolicy.

2.2 Data Processor
The website is produced by Wivid Arc (the web agency), which hosts the website on its servers within the EU. As a data processor, Wivid Arc only processes personal data on behalf of and according to instructions from the data controller.

7.1 Vi kan utföra enklare profilering av dig som är kund eller prenumererar på våra nyhetsbrev, t.ex. genom att se om du öppnat vissa utskick eller klickat på länkar i mejlen, för att kunna anpassa våra kommande utskick.

7.2 Du kan när som helst invända mot profilering genom att kontakta oss via de kontaktuppgifter som anges nedan (stefan@dengronaguiden.se, 070 741 77 84). När vi mottagit din invändning upphör sådan behandling för marknadsföringsändamål.

8.1 Dina personuppgifter sparas inte längre än vad som är nödvändigt med hänsyn till ändamålen med behandlingen. Vi kan spara dem längre om det krävs enligt lag eller för att bevaka våra rättsliga intressen.

8.2 Uppgifter om kunder sparas som huvudregel i högst 24 månader efter sista interaktion, såvida vi inte enligt lag är skyldiga att spara uppgifter under en längre tid.

9.1 Vi säljer aldrig dina personuppgifter till tredje part.
