More about the tour
Snösätra – street art, color and free expression
Next current occasion: July 5, August 17 and October 12.
Join a guided city walk in Snösätra and Högdalen – one of Europe's most colorful places for street art.
Here, history and the present meet.
Planned suburb and spontaneous creativity.
Concrete – and color.
From ABC city to subculture
We start in Högdalen, where post-war urban planning took shape.
About the ABC city's ideals, the emergence of the subway – and the art that was allowed to take place in the public space.
Here we also meet artists such as Willy Gordon and contemporary expressions that reflect their time.
Snösätra – a living gallery
We move on to Snösätra, a former industrial area that has become an open and legal space for graffiti and urban art.
Here the walls are constantly changing.
New layers are added.
Nothing is really finished.
Try it yourself – if you want
For those who want, there is the opportunity to try spray painting on site – on an approved wall, in calm forms.
Completely voluntary.
But often one of the walk's most memorable moments.
A city walk in Stockholm – beyond the expected
This is a city walk in Stockholm for those who want to understand more than what is visible.
About art, place and the right to express oneself.
